Warner To End Free Streaming of Its Content

It's official or is it?
Warner is smart if this is a quick way to get some market research as to how their current customers feel about their decision.
To be honest I'm not sure any of the music fans who currently use the services of Last.fm, Spotify or Pandora will be bothered if there are no Warner artist's being played. I believe they will continue listening and finding new artists they enjoy just the same.
The people who are most affected by this decision are the artist's signed with Warner who will not receive any gross never mind "positive net" and who will be subject to piracy even more so now for not participating in a system built for music fans.
Some great news and a great opportunity for new indie artists to have less competition and the independent labels should take advantage of this asap, for it will not last long before the adaptation to this innovative new world of listening to music is a MUST for all industry players.
